Hostile Terrain 94 Exhibit In-Person
Hostile Terrain 94 is a participatory art exhibit brought to UNH by the Anthropology Department and the Center for the Humanities. Its primary goal is to raise awareness of the ongoing humanitarian crisis, and loss of life, at our southern border.
Since spring 2022, UNH students, staff and faculty have been filling out toe tags for the exhibit. This past week, we geolocated all 3,200 handwritten toe tags along a wall map of the Sonoran Desert of Arizona. You can see the finished product on the 3rd floor of Dimond Library, opposite room 352.
This exhibit runs through February 10, 2023 and is available during the Dimond Library's normal operating hours.
